330g farine/flour
3 oeufs/eggs
salt

HOMEMADE PASTA instructions :
By hand:
place flour on the table, make a well, crack the eggs in the well, add a pinch of salt. Slowly incorporate the flor into the egg mixture with a fork. Add water by the teaspoon if the final dough seems too dry.
Wrap in plastic, let rest in the fridge for 20 minutes then roll into the desired shape.
With robocoup/cuisinart/food processor:
place flour and salt, pulse few times. Add eggs and pulse until dough starts to collect around the blade.
Create all sort of HOMEMADE PASTA.
