YOGURT PARFAIT, the ingredients:
3 cups granola
1 cup mixed frozen berries, defrosted
1 mango diced
2 cups low fat Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Execution :
YOGURT PARFAIT, execution :
1. Put one spoon of granola on the bottom of a sundae glass
2. Next spoon on a layer of yogurt and alternate with layers of berries and mango
3. Repeat layers, finishing with yogurt on top
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup
5. Serve immediately and enjoy your yogurt parfait
