Naples Italy
2 cups of very stale bread cubes soaked in milk as dry as possible
4 minced garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion sauted in olive oil until barely brown
then 1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
Some pecorino
some parsley
1/2 a cup of roasted pinenuts
1 zest of lemon
some rosemary leaves
1/4 cup of oil
2 eggs beaten
salt and pepper
