Ingredients :

TOMATO COULIS, ingredients :

5 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 bouquet of basil
10 slices of bread
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt & pepper
cumin

1 mixer

Execution :

TOMATO COULIS, instructions :

PEEL THE TOMATOES
Cut slightly the tomatoes and put them in boiling water for 1 minute.
Take them out and peel the skin. It should come off easily.

MIX IT ALL
Cut the tomatoes in half to remove the seeds.
Cut them in small pieces and put them in a container.
Cut the basil and add it into the container
Press the garlic and add it into the container
Add the olive oil + 1 pinch of cumin + salt & pepper

Mix all the ingredients.

You can serve it wether on a piece of bread as an apetizer, a sort of bruschetta.
You can also serve it on top of a flan de courgettes, some cold meat...
